Return instructions and shipping

Please wait for our return instructions before sending the two-tier kitchen dish drying rack back. Pack the product and included components securely, keeping the original packaging where possible. We cover return shipping for eligible returns.

Refund processing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
